Sandustry Shaker and Gold Guide
Feed Wet Sand into a downward diagonal of Shakers, collect Gold below, and move Residue away above. Use community layouts as tested examples, not as an official universal best.
Stabilize the Wet Sand feed
Confirm that Sand and Water consistently become Wet Sand before changing the Shaker array. An intermittent mixer can look like a slow Shaker design even when the real problem is upstream.
Separate the guaranteed and chance outputs
Every processed Wet Sand becomes Residue and has about a 25% chance to add one Gold. Gold falls through; Residue stays above, so a blocked Residue path must be fixed before judging Gold output.
Choose a community layout by risk
The reviewed video compares Basic, Intermediate, Intermediate+, and Advanced designs under the same Wet Sand input. Basic is simple but slow; Intermediate increases parallelism but lost one Wet Sand in the demonstration; Intermediate+ cleared better but retained some Residue; Advanced scales upward with more complex filtering.
Continue the Residue chain
Burn Residue, collect Burnt Residue, and drop it at least 25 blocks onto the Kinetic Press for one Gold and one Seed per valid impact. Keep this later chain separate while tuning the first Shaker line.
